Military Families Need Your Help

When you trade safety for combat, carry war’s wounds, physical and mental for a lifetime, the words “Thank you for your Service” are never enough. Words cost us nothing. True gratitude costs everything. It is shown in healthcare that heals, housing that honors, and opportunities that restore. Your service didn’t end with the uniform; our obligation doesn’t end with the parades.

Serve them as they served us. Not with pity, but with purpose. Not with speeches, but with sweat. This is not a favor. This is rent for our freedom.

At the VETEM Group, we Rise and Serve to Repaying the Nation’s debt.

Championing the VETEM Housing Initiative

The VETEM Group’s housing Initiative not only provides affordable and secure housing for active-duty military, veterans, and military families but also a pathway to lasting financial health, economic wellbeing, sustainability and stability. The entire operation, from buying to selling, to placing a tenant is designed to fulfill the VETEM Groups social mission.

The employment of veterans and military spouses within affiliate companies creates a virtuous cycle, further embedding the VETEM Groups commitment to the military community.

They need us. They put their lives on the line so we may have freedom. The least we can do is, provide them a Place They Can Truly Call HOME.

How It Works

  • VETEM purchases the home
  • Renovates, modernizes, adds solar and two or three ADUs
  • You, a qualified military person or family, purchase the home
  • Your purchase price is the price of the main house only, but you own the ADUs as well
  • Your property taxes are based solely on the main house not the ADUs as there is only ONE parcel number
  • You rent out your ADUs…conditions apply
  • Your ADUs are built for FREE. (donated by the VETEM Foundation)
  • You MUST rent the ADUs to military
  • You Must discount your rent by 20% of below going market rents
  • You take advantage of the business tax benefits
  • You now have extra Cash Flow to supplement your income
